This policy explains what personal data HOUSER Floral Design Studio ("HOUSER", "we", "us") collects through houser-design-studio.com, why, and what rights you have. For our full name and contact address, see the Impressum.

Data we collect

Enquiry form: when you submit the appointment request form, we collect your name, email address, and any project details, location, timing, or budget information you choose to provide. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if a commission proceeds, to deliver the project.

Usage data: we use analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and referring site. This helps us improve the site and does not include the enquiry form content.

How your data is processed

Enquiry emails are sent using Resend, an email-delivery provider. Resend processes the message content on our behalf and may store it briefly for delivery purposes.

Analytics are collected using PostHog, with data hosted in the EU. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and analytics data is not sold or shared with advertisers.

The website itself is hosted on Vercel, which may process technical connection logs (such as IP address and request metadata) as part of standard infrastructure operation.

Where any of these providers are located outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA, they are used under providers’ standard data-protection safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).

Cookies and local storage

The site uses a minimal set of cookies/local storage entries required for analytics and for remembering your language preference. No cross-site advertising cookies are used.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to your request and, if a commission proceeds, for the duration of the project and any legally required retention period afterwards. Analytics data is retained in aggregated or pseudonymised form for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to request a copy in a portable format, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
